All volunteers must be at least 14 years of age and must complete a volunteer package as specified by their chosen position/program.


Interviews are limited to the Volunteer Leader application process in which we will discuss your interests and experience, review the specific responsibilities and expectations particular to your selected position, and confirm your availability.



All volunteers will be required to attend a mandatory volunteer orientation session. The session will prepare you to volunteer at ARTSIDEOUT and will be an opportunity to meet other volunteers.

Training is required prior to particular volunteer shifts, and will count towards volunteer hours. Please refer to the Volunteer Manual to review what type of training is required for your selected role. Volunteers are encouraged to pursue learning opportunities by attending training sessions outside of their required training sessions.

Festival volunteers are required to wear designated ARTSIDEOUT Volunteer shirts on the day of the festival, which will cost $20.00.
